This place is my go-to ramen place! I’ve been coming here for four years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love this place.
You may be coming here for the Ramen. And you’re right, it’s absolutely delicious! But you’ll stay because of the service. Melissa is the best waitress I’ve interacted with in who knows how long. They just don’t make em like they used to!
Yummy yummy yummy. Delicious food. Friendly and prompt service in a low key environment. Great Sake selection well. This place will definitely be in our regular rotation. We had the black garlic ramen, takoyaki, karage and bao.
The ramen here is our favorite in all of Tampa Bay! The black garlic oil is a must in our ramen, we are hooked. We do not live close and it’s worth the drive every time. Our server, Melissa, is wonderful, so attentive, kind and a great sense of humor too!
The food tasted so fresh. Melissa waited our table. She was welcoming and helpful with ordering. I definitely recommend seeing Melissa. I will for sure make this my go Ramen location.
Some of the best ramen in the city. We eat here every month. 10/10 recommend it. The pork gyoza is a wonderful appetizer. The tonkatsu black garlic and the tonkatsu shio are some of our go-to ramen choices. This place has great vibes too. Never too loud or too busy. Plays anime on tv. If you have Melissa as your server, it's always a bonus.
Very delicious! This is the best noodle restaurant I have eaten in Tampa! I ate all the food I ordered! Easy parking!
Nayana has been and still is an excellent waitress. Her service was as impeccable as the food itself. I've already visited Ōtsuka Rāmen several times before back in 2021~2022 when I last lived in Tampa. This place never disappoints, although the menu items are a bit pricey.

This has been my one and only go to Ramen place since they opened their doors. If I'm ever having a craving for delicious food, this is my number one spot! Everything from the appetizers to the Ramen, everything is fresh and sooo tasty! Even my picky 6 year old loves it! The last 2 times we went, we had the pleasure of being served by Melissa. She has the best customer service hands down! She acknowledged our needs quick and always with a smile. She even brought different sauces to the table to find the right ones to satisfy our taste buds! I definitely recommend this spot to anyone and Melissa as an awesome server!
